Yes!  We’re currently still able to accept orders and ship internationally. We’d recommend ordering to addresses that you know you’ll be able to access, such as your home, as opposed to business addresses that may have restricted access.

• WHY DOESN'T LUVBEAR HAVE A PHONE NUMBER?

LuvBear doesn't have a call center and we're not set up to handle high volumes of phone calls.

The LuvBear brand was built online, including our customer support. Though you may receive an automated response every once in a while, all channels are manned by human staff who are eager to help you out, quickly and efficiently.

• WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard and AMEX). However, we don't accept checks, money orders or bank transfers.

• HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY PAYMENT IS SECURE ?

When you buy online using your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then encrypted by SSL and sent directly to our payment service provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. However, your credit card information isn't stored on our servers in any way.

We currently ship all over the world. We work with various shipping partners, which allows us to deliver to you wherever you are.

• HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

For a limited time, shipping is free for all our orders and worldwide.

• HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY TO BE DELIVERED?

Your order will be delivered to you in 7 to 14 business days. We always doing our best to deliver you as soon as possible.

• HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Easy Peasy! Collect your order number and the email address with which you placed your order. All you have to do now is to follow your order by clicking on this link: https://luv-bear.com/tracking

However, as soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.

We’re unable to make any changes to your order once it's marked as FULFILLED, this includes the following:

You're still waiting on your refund, right? We know this can be annoying! Depending on the courier & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can sometimes take UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends & public holidays) for our refund team to process your request.
